The developer of the app (“Robert Dea”) you
downloaded from the Windows 8 App Store (the “App”) respects the privacy of
every individual who uses the App. This Privacy Policy explains the

Developer does not collect personally identifiable
information through the App. The only means by which Developer may
collect your personally identifiable information is if you provide it
voluntarily (for example, by contacting the Developer by email). To the
extent that you provide personally identifiable information to Developer,
Developer will use such information for the sole purpose of communicating with
you.
Disclosure
To the extent you provide your personally
identifiable information, Developer will not share such information with any
third party other than as follows:
Developer believes it is required to do so by law, regulation or other government authority;
To enforce the Terms of Use or to protect Developer’s rights;
To protect the safety of others; or
To a successor entity upon a merger, consolidation or other corporate reorganization in which Developer participates or to a purchaser of all or substantially all of Developer’s assets.

App is targeted to children under the age of 13,
Developer does not collect any personally identifiable information from or
about such children.

identifiable information, it will be stored on secure servers that are not
accessible by third parties.
Reviewing/ Correcting/Updating Personally
Identifiable Information
Developer provides you with the ability to review
and correct any of the personally identifiable information that you have
provided and to delete your user profile by contacting Developer at the

Updates and Changes to Privacy Policy
Developer reserves the right, at any time and without notice, to add to,
change, update, or modify this Privacy Policy, simply by posting such change,
update, or modification on [Developer’s website located at www.ipostscores.com/2010/09/ipostscores.html
and/or by an update within the App and without any other notice to you.
Any such change, update, or modification will be effective immediately upon
posting.
